This Stonebridge Condo is conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, just between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with very easy access to the free bus that takes you up to Deer Valley Resort, or down to popular Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife. This condo is spacious, approximately 2500 square feet, very well equipped, and nicely decorated. It has a 'downhill' floor plan, with the entry and garage at driveway level. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with hight ceilings, hardwood flooring a wet bar and a floor to ceiling rustic stone gas fireplace. The space Living Room - Elegant Article Furnishings and a gas fire place. Kitchen - Very well equipped for cooking meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher & hardwood flooring. Dining Room - Seating for 8 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar. Bedrooms - Three bedrooms furnished with premium sheets. Master Main Floor – King bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom Top Floor Loft - King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Full Size Bunk Bed, flat screen tv and an en suite bathroom Basement Level - Main Basement Room, flat screen tv, kitchenette, sofa and full size bunk bed. Basement bedroom - Queen bed Features - Hot Tub and Sauna HVAC - Portable AC and Fans are available as this home does not have central cooling, but does have heating. Guest access Our home is contactless , seamless and easy self check in. Your code for access will be generated and shared with you the morning of your arrival.
